Impossible to reach transunion
I'm locked out of my account. In order to unlock it, I need to call transunion only, you hold perpetually. I've spent R200+ worth of airtime before it ran out and I gave up. NO EMAIL ADDRESS CONTACT!!! What a joke...

31 Mar 2022, 11:14The person who assisted me really tried, unfortunately in vain as I have concluded the website is broken. OTP's wouldn't go to my cell, so they started sending it to my email instead. Problem is, the OTP consistently arrives 7-10mins after the request, meaning they are no longer valid. The one time I managed to log in, the same thing happened when trying to access the reports I was looking to view. Transunion have lost all credibility as far as I'm concerned.
