Impossible to cancel a TransUnion credit report subscription. Buyers beware!

I have been trying cancel my credit report subscription to no success. I tried calling your call centre but I got a prompt advising that the call centre is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. I tried emailing and messaging on various platforms but no response. Please assist as this is ********* to not provide a way to cancel.
