******* Deductions - NO REFUND

<p>I made a cancellation of their service which i found was not useful to me in September 2015. Thereafter, i found that Transunion have been deducting R40 from my account every month. I called in Jan 2016 to request a refund and stop them from debiting my account,, nothing happened. Few months down the line i discover they are still debiting my account and after many calles I made to them they still have not refunded me and are still taking money from me. When I call the customer care number they tell me I'm through to their JHB line and I should hang up and call the same number and hope to go through to their Cape Town Line! 5 times doing that and I'm never through to Cape Town. The agents told me they can't transfer a call from JHB to CTN. The service is really bad and they claim to protect you yet they are the ones *****ing from you!</p>
