Ignorance and bad service

Transunion is refusing to lift a flag from my name which was instructed to them on multiple occassions by a company who placed me under debt review without my permission, they on numerous occassions instructed Transunion to remove the flag from my name and has been ignored till this day. Transunion is causing me alot of financial hardships due to their ignorance and lack of communication with the companies that they work with. Emails has been sent to them and for the past two years the battle still exist. What more must be done for them to shed attention to the needs of clients and why are they not doing what needs to be done.
