I paid, where the hell is my report????

Transunion's service SUCKS!!! I purchasesd my credit score report this morning and paid for it via credit card. I then received confirmation of payment from SageSupport saying that my payment was approved BUT Transunion never gave me a report. I called their USELESS support call centre number on *** (which is incorrect on their website by the way) and they gave me yet another USELESS number to call on ***. That call was picked by switchboard and I selected 2, the lady that picked up the phone - I think her name was Lebo - she put me on hold..only to hang up on me. I dialled again got through to the same lady and she still hung up...dialled again , got through to a different lady who put me onhold then anther lady picked that call upon only to tell me that she THINKS my report will be delivered in 24hrs.<br> <br> Why was I not told that by Transunion after they received my payment? Why are they going on about how easy it is to get a report where as it is pure HELL! Why are they using such *********** staff in the first place?<br> <br> I WANT MY REPORT! I made an immediate payment, for an immediate report, so start working and give my ****** REPORT!<br> <br> A VERY DISGRUNTLED FORMER CUSTOMER!
