I'm a sitting duck

I have made 4 calls to Transunion this month. I had subcribed to getting notifications on who does credit checks on my name. Well I haven't app**** for credit anywhere. My transunion has been locked out I called to have it reset I was authenticated but I'm still unable to logon. Today is my annerverasary to get my free report. I have a strong gut feel that my identity is used fruadulanly and ITC wants nothing to do about assisting . One consultant tells me I'm not subcribed for notifcations one consultant tells me it's expired. Yet 2 hours after calling Transunion I get a sms that I have app**** for a BOND. I'm not in a position to apply for any credit
