I have logged a complain regarding an R80.00 bill on my profile and it was supposed to be free.

I have logged a complain regarding an R80.00 bill on my profile and it was supposed to be free. My query was logged on Nov 15th 2017. Up to date I have received no response from them.

My deb counselor have send an update to them to update my flag on Nov the 7th 2017 and not even that was updated.
