I cant remember, we only rented 6 to 9 months..... Sorry they cant help me. I will now have to fica myself with transunion act!!! How can the law change and nobody knows about it, and why is the law that's suppose to protect us, not protecting us? Third parties have access to all our credit details online but the consumer has to jump through hoops to get our own details. How long has this been changed? Why are we allowing companies like this to bully us? not only cant I get my credit profile, I need to pay for the complete report. Who gave them the okay to rule? this is not helping the consumer, its blatant abuse of power and bad service.
