I am very unhappy!!!!

I have paid up my mtn account and now get told that ki should wait 10-14 working days i do not think that it is fair this process is taking so Long<br> Because of my name being messed up, i have to now wait until i apply for credit because everyone is declining it based on this.<br> <br> I have already logged a call with transunion and this is my Character that is affected.<br> <br> I have been paying all accounts and credit on time and i dont need to be running around to fight for people doing their jobs, I have a job of my own as well and dont appreciate this.<br> <br> Please can someone contact me ASAP , thanks
