i am not able to receive a free report because my profile is blocked

Just got off the line with trans union, requesting for my free credit profile, i was stunned when Pinky who refused to give her surname because she claimed it was company policy and that i should check facebook as it is there on , her manager name which she reluctantly gave is spelled Ahmed, Informed me that because i did not renew my credit report subscription she was unable to assist and that my profile is now blocked and i cannot receive whether it be a free report or not i need to make a payment of R400.00 = -. This is appalling service as it contradict my right to recieve my free report . Please can someone assist
