Horrible!!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased the product to track my credit profile. I am still not in control of my profile since creditors are saying that requests were sent and the accounts still reflect. No one can give you answers and just refers to waiting periods. This should be challenged. Horrible, Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
