Highly Frustrated and Disappointed !!!

I have lodged a dispute with them to update and close an account listed with them that has been paid off, sent the settlement letters and proof of payment I really fail to understand why is it taking so long. The creditor sent through the paid up letter and everything to the credit bureaus the struggle is with them the other ones the following day it was updated and closed. Really frustrating. When you call they pick up and hang up the call while you are busy explaining the reason for your call.
