Highly disappointing

my credit score reduced over the past 2 months without any valid reasoning i contacted trans union to find out why however the consultants were of no use and just kept passing the blame across to the other 2 bureau. This as still not been resolved to date.there are no judgement against my name or late payments and as a result i now see a credit check fee showing with no idea as to where this needs to be paid. I also requested to have my username changed and still not receive assistance highly disappointing
