Helplessness

Having to deal with transunion over the past 2 weeks has been a frustrating and futile exercise. Having to spend about 20 minutes each time on a call trying to get my query resolved, but I get transferred from pillar to post. I settled my debt and the attorneys uploaded a request for judgment removal 14 days ago on the credit bureaus submission portal. I was notified that it would be done within 7 days as per NCA regulation. Up to this day, the issue has not been resolved. I was told I can submit the documentation on my end, but guess what? I have to wait an additional 7 working days, again. TU***. I have a pending job offer because of this and I need it resolved ASAP.
