Gross incompetence

Shoddy service from Transunion once again. Why do they not comply with the service providers instructions. I had a letter from the service provider requesting them to REMOVE 4 listings and Transunion HAS to abide by the service providers instruction. After waiting 21 days for this disputes to be over with (and they made me wait it out the full 21 days). I see they "resolved" the disputes but never remove them. impacting my score further. A carol from ITC specifically said that should the service provider requests to remove , they will HAVE to abide and remove. So what the hell is going on in that institution. They just make sure peoples lives are put through hell. I am not far to putting this down to pure ****** towards certain race or gross incompetence or to punish clients who complain on Hello Peter and social media. These credit agencies are the bigger problem in this country. I have failed in ensuring my credit rating is where it should be due to Transunions incompetency.
