Great mess up for a company!!!!

Your service is very Poor we pay to view our transunion accounts and even log disputes on it but so far no help.... I have logged a dispute and the company of which I owed also sent through the settlement letter for my credit record to be updated however I fail to understand why this is not updated as yet when this was sent more than 30 days ago... you say that this gets updated every once a month but I don't see any improvement on that specific telkom account which is causing me to have a bad record even though I have already paid it in full. This service is pathetic and needs new management.... This is the type of service you get when you allow ******s to run the company. Very upset!!!
