Good two months to get a credit report!!!

Good day,

I have been assisting a client to get his credit report, it has been more than 2 months now with no assistance. We contact Transunion on a daily basis and we will be told to wait 48hrs and the query has been resolved. Every 48hrs you are told to wait another 48rs which is very unprofessional.
