Good credit assistance in difficult times

What a great service to have, sorted out redundant dept on my name that greatly improved my credit score. The process was easy enough to follow and sorted out promptly. The notifications about new inquiries on my account and monthly reports are excellent. This resulted in me not having to log into my account for months and locking it. Not knowing that new security measures were put in place after the drama earlier this year. (not expecting anything less to be honest). (They even offered a massive discount for my trouble, nice) After locking my account, I received an email with the contact details to rectify it. Called the number and my account was active, with new details updated swiftly. (Something so many other call centers can learn from) Competitors can try to compare with Transunion, but there is just one that is as rewarding.
