GOD HELP ME

This is one company that needs new management OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How do you have people never get hold of you or pick up the telephone!!! I have been holding for 10:15 minutes so far and this is besides the previous 2 times i called to have a notice removed from my ITC report which shouldnt be there in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANT DO ANYTHING!!!
