Getting the run around from Transunion

Good day, I had an outstanding amount to pay on my Capitec account which was handed over to MBD attorneys. I settled the full amount in September 2019 and also received a paid up letter. I did a credit check with Transunion on 11 December 2019 and picked up that the MBD Account is still picking up on my name. I called the Transunion call center and they asked me to contact MBD Attorneys. I then called MBD Attorneys and spoke to Nkosinathi Mtshali, he confirmed that instructions was sent to Transunion on 11 November 2019 and they have not responded to confirm that the account was closed. I have made several calls to MBD Attorneys and Transunion to get this sorted, each of which is blaming the other. This is now hindering my bond application. Can someone please assist? Thanks
