Get me off the bad listing - it's about time now!

Please can you get ITC AND that other credit burea to write off my bad debt. It has been years now since I was blacklisted and have not had any credit. Surely it should come off after 5 years. It's destroying my life. I am contactable on *** during the day Monday to Friday - Alicia
