Frustrated with TransUnion

They had a problem with their computer system. My credit history all of a sudden is linked to my ex husband who I divorced 13 years ago. I am battling since January. Even got in my car and drove to them. They promised within 3 weeks it will be sorted. 5 weeks later and still not resolved. How can I get this resolved?
