Frustrated consumer
When I paid up my debts all i was looking forward to was a new start. Being able to build a home for my daughter especially because I am a single parent. I am her only hope but the credit bureau is failing me. My bank refuses to assist because of my credit report and I don't know what else to do, where to go. I feel helpless. Please help? I have tried calling and sending emails with the form 19 and the paid up letters for the accounts. Now I am debt free but feel stuck.

08 May 2020, 18:29I am disappointed that after such efforts I will still have negative remarks on my credit report. From January 2019 to January 2020 I have been paying my debts exceedingly well. I thought the credit bureau was suppose to update the information every 30 days. I am shocked that I still have such remarks on my report, and the outstanding amount for FNB when I have provided proof that every account has been paid in full and closed. This is very wrong
