From good service to BAD service

I have logged a dispute on my ITC report in regards to life insurance accounts that were cancelled during 2015 but never updated on my ITC report. I have submitted documentation received from Frank.Net confirming tat these accounts were canceled and should indicate as closed on my ITC report but to date still showing as current/active accounts. These accounts are affecting my credit profile and need to be removed or changed to closed on my ITC report. I have tried calling the customer care line but with no avail because of the new telephonic help guide system when calling the numbers given on their web page. Previously these kind of issues were dealt with in no time at all but seemed to have changed for the worst ever since the implementation of their new telephonic assistance guide/ talking to a computer. Please, I have emailed all relevant documentation as well as logged a dispute in regards to the incorrect information listed on my credit report and will appreciate some feedback and confirmation to my request and logged dispute.

This is rather frustrating when calling the Transunion customer help line in order to follow up on an existing dispute and your call is being dropped each time after being told that "Your call is important to us and a consultant will answer your call shortly, please hold". Transunion is not responding to any of my email requests nor to any of my phone calls, is this now how things are going to be and is this now the kind of service that consumers can expect? Easy to list incorrect information but difficult to remove the incorrect information because of no feedback, no correspondence and NO communication besides an annoying animated voice recording on the telephone! Perhaps this will be one of those cases where the Credit Ombudsman will need to intervene!

Well again we are still sitting with the same issue where Transunion is ignoring my credit profile disputes. Transunion is dropping my calls when getting thru to a consultant and just never replies to any of my emails. How am I supposed to supply Transunion with correct information if my requests are being ignored? Am I now forced to accept my credit profile with incorrect information and incorrect accounts being listed on my report? This is ********** activity, please can someone attend to my urgent requests and rectify the negative information listed on my ITC report. Creditexpert (Experian) has updated my ITC report on their side long ago so what is the problem and why can Transunion not be as productive and loyal to their paying clients. I'm paying for a service and expect Transunion to respond to this letter!
