FREE CREDIT REPORT - STILL WAITING

Today being the 28th March 2018. I tried logging onto my account, without any success.

I called ********** 482, only to get through to an operator, who could not help me, I first had to email all my particulars again. I used about R100 airtime, I asked if she would call me back if I ran out of airtime, She said she would.

I ran out of airtime and am still awaiting her call back.

I loaded more airtime, spoke to another consultant. He told me I had called a few minutes ago and also could not help me.

Am I not entitled to an annual free credit report?

Can they not ask me security questions, to enable me to reset my password?

I have emailed my ID, Proof of Residence, advised them of my cell and email.

And I am still waiting for my credit report.
