********** debits on bank account

In 2013 I payed a 1 year, once-off subscription fee of R280 for my credit report and alerts. The service was supposed to expire in 2014. Last week when I viewed my bank statement I noticed that there was a R40 debit which has been going off since 2014. These debits were done without my knowledge and consent and I did not detect them because I only get sms's from my bank for amounts over R100. After calling Transunion and being sent from pillar to post I managed to speak to a consultant who informed me that they automatically start debiting the R40 rand when the one year subscription period has expired and that the money cannot be reversed, what they could assist me with is stopping the debits. In my book that is ***** and I would like to get my money back from Transunion and warn other consumers not to subscribe for any product from Transunion. Someone must do a credit check on them!
