********** account opened and Transunion is doing nothing

For a company that's supposed to have a high level of privacy while giving you access to your credit report, Transunion fails on all ends. I recently discovered that someone(s) has ****** my information and is creating ********** accounts under my name/ID. To be thorough, I wanted to create a Transunion account so I could review my credit report but couldn't because someone had already created an account using my personal information. I logged a dispute and sent all of the necessary documentation to verify my identity so I could get access to my information and Transunion hasn't even bothered to acknowledge, respond, or act on the dispute. It's utterly irresponsible of the company and leaves me with very little faith in their ability to protect my information.
