***** and no one will respond.
We are a children's home. I noticed there was a R60 deduction on our bank statement. I called multiple times to multiple people and was always getting passed on to another department. One department said I must send a copy of the bank statement to their e-mail. I immediately received an e-mail with a ticket number and a note that said I would hear back in two weeks. It's been a month now. I called back today and kept getting passed around and was told the ticket number was not something they could reference. I give up. I have probably already spent more than R60 on airtime trying to resolve this. The only thing I know is the name of the person who used our bank details in perpetuating this *****. It is not anyone involved with our organization. And no one at transunion seems capable of taking care of this issue.
