Fix the problem

I have called 3 times to get my free credit report sorted out they one they have sent does not have any account details on , when you call them they transfer you to this one then this one all I want to know is why I cant see my account and why cant they tell me what is still outstanding I want to clear my Name I paid a lot of the accounts off and need to know if it has been updated.
