Fax them a letter in 5-days!!

I thought we are in the new-age but only to find out this critical financial institution is still in the 90s.

I tried to process a query on my credit report online, their website keeps throwing errors. Okay. I tried to call them, the call center people take forever to answer and then they deflect me to another department where I waited forever to be assisted but they said they will send me an sms. In two days I got a text message that asks me to 'FAX!!' them my documents with a very very long REF number. Okay I did it thinking my goodness these people are useless, they are working with faxing and no email and are expecting me to go pay, to fax these documents and so I did this. ONE WEEK LATER THEY ASKED ME AGAIN TO FAX!!! Oh hell no! you guys are pathetic, like extremely frustrating!! Can't I just email it to you and then you get it via email and print it!! My goodness!!
