False Profile by TransUnion

Why even give a star to Bull**** service like TransUnion.they merged me and my twin's profile she doesn't have a credit profile whilst all of her history is dumped in my profile it's been over a month and no response from TransUnion,my next step is ombudsman but how are they allowed to ruin my history and chances of buyi property bcz of their incompetense
