False dept council listing

I'm free from dept counciling. My dept council company send the clearance certificate for them they even sent me a ticket number back in 2021 confirming receipt of the mail where the certificate was sent. I have my second car on finance why will you tel the bank I'm under dept council when I apply for a home loan? When I phone your office they don't even take my ticket number they just say it was sent to the wrong email and then in the same breathe say it's not possible to be listed and have finance on a car but yet your credit report say I am under counciling from 2020 and that's also not accurate.
