Fair Credit Reporting and poor compliance with the the FCRA.
Why does Transunion continue with Violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and why do they continue to fail to maintain accurate consumer information. Other credit bereus have up-dated information, yet when trying to purchase a vehicle, the dealers inform me that they received hard stops from Transunion. It seems as though this needs to dealt with through an attorney.

19 May 2026, 14:17It's 19 May 2026 and my review is still open. Has Transunion cleared the blacklisting from my credit profile?
I'm intending on seeing an Attorney regarding this matter in the coming week where they will pull my credit report with Transunion and if my nsme has not being cleared, well then, there will be consequenes.
