Failure to attend to removal of flag - 6 months later

I am absolutely furious with Transunion. On the 31st August 2020 at 13h11pm, Debt Rescue had emailed Transunion and other credit bureaus to remove the debt review flag from both mine and my spouse profiles. It is now the 12th March 2021 and the flag is still on our profiles which is preventing us from building a credit record and thus being declined, I had to pay just over R80 to get my credit report and get angered. I called in and got a reference number for the escalation and got told I can call back after 48 hours. Why should I wait a further 48 hours for the incompetence of Transunion. I want this flag removed from my profile as well as my spouses with immediate effect and a correct and updated report issues free of charge for both of us. This is unacceptable.
