Failure by a credit bureau to comply with a notice issued in terms of section 55

I’m at a loss with your incompetence. I was under debt review and I’ve completed the debt review process. Debt counsellor submitted the clearance certificate and other relevant documents to all credit bureaus.

Transition is the only one that is not updating my credit profile. I’ve resorted to opening disputes but I don’t receive responses nor are they resolving them.

When I call, I’m told to log disputes, when I follow up on disputes, I’m told an sms with instruction has been sent to me. But I’m not receiving these sms’s either since you can’t even do a simple update of my contact details.

It seems Tranunion is selective on which accounts they choose to close even after the clearance certificate and all related documents has been provided by debt counsellor.

This is my last resort to afford you an opportunity to resolve this, failing which I will escalate to the NCR since you have not comp**** with notice issued in terms of section 55 of the National Credit Act.
