Extremely bad service from Ellen at the disputes section.

Spoke with some guy called Ellen today at 09:00 at the disputes section who refused to assist me with the dispute process as I required. He said that I must wait until the account is 2 years old at the end of the month and then the account will automatically be removed by the system. I insisted on what I wanted as I have my reasons for it and then he said that what I wanted was "useless" and I should be waiting as he told me to, I asked him for to get me someone else whom was will to assist me with I wanted, he refused. I asked for his full names, he refused to give me his last name. I asked him to give me his supervisor, he refused to do so.

I dropped the line and called back again, I spoke with another lady who then went to look for the team leader as I now wanted to lay a complaint against Ellen. The team leader did not come to the phone, this lady ended up doing as I had requested which is what the previous agent refused to do.
