Extremely bad service

Hi , I have been cleared from debt review but everytime I apply for finance they say it's still reflecting on my name. I just app**** with Absa vehicle finance and they advised me that my credit score is on 538 with transunion and that it still reflects that I'm under debt counseling. This is the 2nd complaint that I have logged. I want an explanation as to why this is happening.

This is affecting me EXTREMELY negatively because each time someone sends me a mail and says it is cleared and that I can apply , then I get declined. So many searchers was done on my name and I would like this cleared as I would not apply knowing that I will be declined.

This is extremely Disappointing!!!! I want to know why I was declined by Absa finance when transunion called me and advised me that my profile is updated.

I want all the credit searches that was done on my name cleared because ,you guys advised me that my name is clear and that I could apply !!!!
