Exhausted.

I am so exhausted with trying to sort this out, Please ANY1 DIVORCED OR GETTING DIVORCED AND MARRIED COP please check your Status after the horrible frustrating battle ends there is your life that gets blocked . I Still am under the wrong surname even though I have asked for this to please be changed over 2 months ago :( , still apparently under debt review however I have been off and paid up for almost 2 years now , I don't understand why is it so difficult , why not sort out the realistic queries than deal with the difficult ? I cannot get my life sorted or started Independently at all since I'm blocked with this . I get responses just for the wrong things every time , I get assistance but not for what I NEED assistance with , I work and have worked in Customer support for over 8 years, Helping the client is our job . Yet I am pushed around and still when I think Finally , I see Its not at all what I needed and must log a new request taking another +/- 15 days . Im Super Exhausted :( Very quick 2 Automate replies but Inhuman To Actual Clients
