Excellent customer service

I would like to thank a gentleman named Callido for his exceptional service. I had called yesterday for a password reset, I was then assured a link would be sent. I waited the whole night for it nothing came through. When I called back this afternoon, I then had the pleasure to talk to Callido, he even called back to see if the document were added and if I need anything else.
