Enquiries not removed

I have been waiting for Enquiries to be removed from my credit report and the 20 business days has already passed and it has still not been removed when following up I keep getting the same excuse that it's been escalated this is affecting my score and transunion does not give a damn even though I'm a paid Subscriber. Your rating is 1.47 out of 600 you do not respond what makes you special remember we also your customers. I'm hoping this matter will be resolved because I've reached a dead end trying to get you people to sort this out,
