Endless back and forth

Struggling endlessly to get my credit report details updated correctly even though I have spoken to Transunion before multiple times over the phone an dstill not correct even my personal details.

The same goes for the credit report which is incorrect and still the institutions not removed after endless back and forth. I have asked them to remove these details from the report on disputes logged till they can provide proof.

This has now left me at the point where i will unfortunately have to log a case with the credit ombudsman to find out my next steps.

Spoke to a team leader or manager at a time but never heard from them again to resolve my matters?
