Empty Promises by Transunion
I was contacted by an Transunion representative on Tuesday the 18th April 2023 at exactly 15h11 to rectify my profile. I was promised that an agent would have called me to send me the corrected profile to remove all adverse information on it. To date no one has called me and or send my report

24 Apr 2023, 14:17Thank you, an agent did call me but she said they cant remove the Debt Review on my profile. Hence the following:
Note that i cancelled my Debt review and proceeded with SEQUESTRATION all the debt formed part of the Insolvency estate.
A contribution amount had been paid towards the courts therefore a SEQUESTRATION COURT ORDER was granted.
Then rehabilitation took place,the ORDER had been granted thats why a rehabilitation order had been amended.
Both orders had been forwarded to NCR UPDATES and i think my status was upgraded to J status. It was send to *** to *** and ***
So please remove DEBT Review status from my profile and let me and my families life continue as this is placing immense strain on our way of life.

- Attorneys letter confirming REHABILIATATION ORDER.
- Rehabilitation order with visible court stamp.
- Sequestration order with visible court stamp.
- Credit Bureaus letter from the attorney.
- The credit bureaus were updated, the sequestration no longer reflects – Debt Restructuring reflects on the credit report.
