Employees Accessing customer Data for personal Use

Good Day <br> <br> I am highly dissapointed in the fact that i aum unable to report an employee obtaining personal information for thier personal use. Based on the Policies it clearly stipulates that an employee should only access information if needs be, however i am not able to log this via the CC nor have i received any feedback. <br> <br> Whats really dissapointing is the fact the all consumers data gets stored for Credit Checks and you have staff memebers abuding it to their own capacity.<br> <br> If anyone does read this complaint please feel free to share the information as the employee is harrasing the individual.<br> <br> Regards<br>
