Edgars & Nedbank

I paid up Edgars & Nedbank in 2014,when i went to apply for a cellphone contract then i was declined due to my credit history,when i contacted Trans-union Aubrey,Nompumelelo, i was told my name will only be cleared after 2 years then whats the point of us being harassed of making payments when we owe companies and after making those payments we cant apply for any credit ? i want my name cleared i paid up with no hassle so i dont expect to get the same from you.
