So I write a complain about dis people as well as my credit score which is forever going down, I didn't get a straight answer about dis, they call me and tell me stories, a lady call me coz of the account I was asking them about and he told me dat it will be removed from my credit coz it was closed long time ago it will be removed on the 19th of December here I am I still see dat account on my credit history what the **** it's going on.
