DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS ON PROFILE

How is it possible for a credit bureau to have such poor data quality that it stores duplicate accounts for customers?

This is utterly shocking.

My Standard Bank vehicle finance account ( ********** 30001) is appearing twice on my profile. What this means for me is that my monthly exposure is incorrectly inflated by R10299 and my overall exposure is inflated by R202058.

Can you please fix your shoddy system so that this does not happen?
