DO NOT BUY YOUR CREDIT REPORT FROM THESE ********, RATHER USE https://www.mycreditcheck.co.za/ because it is free and kept up to data. I really wanted to give no stars. I paid these guys R80.90 for a credit report and credit score, waiting till today. They sent me an invoice to say I have paid, but my report has not been updated. Tried calling the call centre, but you can never get through. I also sent a request for them to update my report, but nothing. Their whole system nje has gone to the dogs since the 'revamp'. Is nobody working for Transunion anymore? Why are our requests falling on deaf ears? You are very quick to take the money though, but dololo delivering on products purchased. Please give me back my money if you cannot give me my report.
