Don’t use Transunion

I made a payment to them using netcash, on the 1/2/2020 and it Said payment status not done but the funds has been taken off my account. I called Transunion and they said i should call my bank to release the fund but it was i told them. Till this day i haven’t receive feed back from Transunion. The support is the worst. I would never ever want to deal with them again and don’t recommend anyone to do so as well. They take your money and offer bad service!
