Don't bother signing up with transunion

Trying to cancel my subscription with transunion. Transunion does not offer the ability to cancel via email /online only by phone yet no one answers the phone lines. The website is horrible and doesn't work most of the time. I haven't been able to log in most of the year due to delays in receiving the otp and now when I'm trying to fill in a form in the website to request a cancellation the form doesn't let me submit.

Transunion boasts about being the largest credit bureau, you'd think that their website would be at least functional.
