Dissapointing service

I still haven't received my report after 12 days of waiting and today i get an email saying i must send a copy of my ID again!!!!! I have called to follow up several times and each time im told that my query but there is still no feedback!! This is shocking that an organisation as big as Transunion has such despicable service!
